I came on a Monday at lunchtime with a group of kids on a field trip. The food from the buffet was better than expected. I tried the New York 3 cheese pepperoni for the first time and it was REALLY good. I also loved the dessert pizza, I forgot my diet for a minute and had 3 servings of that. Lol The service was great, the workers answered my questions well and seemed to care about the customers. The standard of cleanliness was better than I've seen at a place like this in a long time. I was there only about an hour or and one of the workers vacuumed 4 different times so food didn't stay on the floor longer than 10 minutes before being cleaned up. The restrooms also smelled really nice. Looking forward to coming back.
we have been long time customers of Peter piper dating back to 1973. but our experiences as of late have been all but right. we ordered Lg pepperoni and got home to find veggie. we again ordered (next week) a Lg pepperoni and sausage and got one of each. next order was Lg pepperoni and sausage and sm veggie never got the veggie. it seems that the kids they are hiring don't pay attention. My advice is to have them read the order back to you.
Alyssa went above and beyond to make my nieces happy during our visit. Alyssa's kindness and patience went a long way to make our experience unforgettable. We will be back because of Alyssa's amazing performance.
This review is specifically for, Ariel from Detroit, MI... (it said on her name tag) Honestly, I don't expect a lot in customer service when I visit Peter Piper Pizza. The pizza is some of my favorite pizza and that's what I like. The pizza is consistently really delicious and has been since I was a kid. Usually, the people working behind the counter don't seem like they want to be there, but tonight, Ariel totally changed my whole opinion about that! She was so nice and had great energy. She even sold us on a different side because they were out of traditional wings. Thanks for a great experience, Ariel!
